The FS East Camp is not only an accommodation but also a social place where you can make new connections and recharge after a long day. Hurry up and start your booking session for the accommodation 😉
The campsite is nearby the Hungaroring racetrack, approx. 1.0 km away from the event place. The FS East Camp is able to provide accommodation for all participating team members.

Price and payment

The accommodation costs 13 EUR/person/night + 27% VAT. You can book the whole team’s accommodation at once by filling out our form. Based on the data provided here we’re going to send you a pro forma invoice that should be paid in 8 days by bank transfer (before arrival at the latest). Accommodation Booking is open

From now on you’re able to book your accommodation at the FS East Camp through our online form.
The campsite is located at Mogyoród, only 1.2 km from the Hungaroring racetrack.

Nights can be reserved from 6th to 11th August, during this time the campsite will be available for FS East participants and officials exclusively. However if you need to extend your stay in Hungary, two additional days can be booked through our system.

Moving in starts at 9:00 AM on 6th August and the premises should be left until 12:00 PM on 12th August (in case you don’t need the extra nights). Before starting the booking process, please check the Preliminary Schedule and reserve the nights accordingly.

The accommodation costs 13 EUR/person/night+27% VAT.

Booking available for the FS East Camp

The online booking for the FS East Camp has opened, where you’re able to reserve accommodation for your team members – and guests – for nights between 16th and 21st July.

Moving in to the campsite starts at 8:00 AM on 16th July and the premises should be left until 12:00 PM on 22nd July. The accommodation costs 13 EUR/person/night including all taxes and fees. The campsite is located at Zalaegerszeg, about 3.5 km from Zala ZONE.

Event Schedule & Accommodation

Campsite booking for FS East 2018 is now open! You can reserve your team’s parcel for nights between 16th and 23rd July at the FS East Village. The reservation should include all team members and your guests who’d like to stay at the campsite during the event. All necessary information related to the sleeping and living conditions are available on our Accommodation page (for logged in users only).

FS East 2017 - Accommodation booking is available

This year the FS East Village moves to the racetrack! We created a separate area inside the Euroring where you’ll be able to eat, sleep and socialize during the four days of the competition.

You can reserve your team’s spot for nights between 19th and 23rd July at the campsite. The booking should include all team members and your guests who’d like to sleep at the Village during the event. We’ve collected all the necessary information related to the sleeping and living conditions at FS East 2017 on our Accommodation page.
