FS East registration 2023

It’s soon time to register for FS East 2023! The competition takes place this year on the
Hungaroring GP Track near Budapest once again, and runs from 1 st to 5 th of August.

In order to register for one of the biggest Formula Student competitions of Europe, follow
the steps below!
■ If you are pre-registered:
■ email [email protected] with subject TEAM NAME – Pre-registration confirmation until 20th of January 23:59 CET
■ pay the registration fee until 26th of January 23:59
■ If you have no pre-registration:
■ create your team profile first, until the 20th of January, 23:59 CET at login.fseast.eu
■ IMPORTANT! We need your FSG team ID as well, so that the document uploads can work smoothly later.
■ You can find the FSG ID on your Team Details website within the FSG system. It is the number in the URL after tid/. You can find your team under Teams/All FSC/FSD/FSE Teams. This ID is an integer that has a maximum length of 4.
Example: formulastudent.de/teams/fsc/details/tid/1234 -> (FSGid = 1234)
■ FSG ID can be filled in after the 20 th of January team profile creation, but only until 26 th of January, 23:59 CET!
■ participate in our registration quiz on the 27th of January at 11:00 CET as best as you can to secure your spot
■ pay the registration fee within 2 business days

The first deadline for uploading documents is April 29th, 2019 23:59 CEST:

Electronic Throttle Control – System Description (CV and CV DV with ETC)
Team Member Designation & Health Insurance Certificate
Structural Equivalency Spreadsheet
Structural Equivalency 3D model
Impact Attenuator Data

Please note that from this season the Team Member Designation spreadsheet will be replaced with registering at login.fseast.eu, all team members have to create an account in order to attend the competition.

Document upload is open & ETC Rules update

The document upload section of the 2018 season is now available for all starter list and confirmed waiting list teams. You are able to to log in with the username and password associated with your team’s account.

There’s also been a minor update in the Documentation Rules regarding the ETC System Description document, which applies for all CV and CV DV teams:
