Submission deadlines moved to May 5th

The first deadlines for document upload have been moved from 28th April to 5th May, therefore you’ll have an extra week to submit even more awesome documents to us! (:

The document upload section will open on 1st May, 2017 giving you a couple of days to test the platform and make sure everything goes to the right place before the deadline. We’re going to publish the link of the document upload section on our Uploads page – please note, that the docupload will be available for logged in users only!

We’re waiting for the following documents to be submitted until 5th May, 2017, 23:59 CEST:

  • Electronic Throttle Control – Notice of intent (send it to [email protected])
  • Team Member Designation and Health Insurance Certificate
  • Structural Equivalency Spreadsheet (SES) / Structural Requirements Certification Form (SRCF)
  • Impact Attenuator Data (IAD)

The FS East General Rules and Documentation Rules containing the submission deadlines are available for download under the Rules and Important Documents section of Event 2017. The documents are based on Rules 2017 released by FSG however we also added some FS East specific regulations, therefore please make sure to read it thoroughly.

The first step of our registration process is to register your team with a valid team profile – all the necessary details must be up to date according to your team’s present season status. After a successful team registration you can start the event registration process according to the event registration rules.
