ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL

CV teams, which are using Electronic Throttle Control have to upload an ETC System Description. Late submission of the System Description will require the team to revert to a mechanical throttle arrangement.

The official SES template of FS East is the FS21 SES v1.0 document supplied
by Formula Student Germany.

DESIGN SPEC SHEET

All teams must submit a Design Spec Sheet in a single Adobe Acrobat® (*.pdf) file with the following nomenclature: CAR#_DSS.pdf (e.g. 01_DSS.pdf). The template must not be altered or reformatted prior the submission.
A properly filled out DSS should be 6 pages long for CV and EV categories, and 7 pages long for DV category.

HEALTH INSURANCE CERTIFICATE

For the health insurance certificate we need scanned documents. We prefer the EU health insurance cards, but if anyone has his/her own insurance for abroad journeys, it’ll be accepted as well. We only request these documents to be prepared in case any of you get injured during the event. A scanned copy of your papers will be with us even if you might forget to bring them to FS East.

Immunity certificates & SARS-CoV-2 PCR tests are not requested in advance, however you’ll have to show them during registration in order to enter the premises of the event.

TEAM MEMBER DESIGNATION

For team member designation we need a regular Excel file with the names and positions of the members with some contact data. Due to the pandemic, we also require information about the immunity status of the team members, therefore please indicate whether the team members will have an EU approved / Hungarian Immunity Certificate for the event.
If you can not upload the final version of your team member designation until the deadline, include your present members. You’ll have the chance to submit a final version before the event.
In case you add new members, your team member designation and health insurance certificate documents must be updated as well.
