DATA LOGGER SPECIFICATION
FS East is going to use the self developed data logger for the 2020 event. You can find the specification below.
STRUCTURAL EQUIVALENCY SPREADSHEET
The official SES template of FS East is the FSG20 SES v1.1 document supplied
by Formula Student Germany.

ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL
CV teams, which are using Electronic Throttle Control have to upload an ETC System Description. Late submission of the System Description will require the team to revert to a mechanical throttle arrangement.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FORM
All EV teams and DV teams with electric traction system must submit an Electrical System Form.

AUTONOMOUS SYSTEM FORM
All DV teams must submit an Autonomous System Form.

DESIGN SPEC SHEET
All teams must submit a Design Spec Sheet in a single Adobe Acrobat® (*.pdf) file with the following nomenclature: CAR#_DSS.pdf (e.g. 01_DSS.pdf). The template must not be altered or reformatted prior the submission.
A properly filled out DSS should be 6 pages long for CV and EV categories, and 7 pages long for DV category.
HEALTH INSURANCE CERTIFICATE
For the health insurance certificate we need scanned documents. We prefer the EU health insurance cards, but if anyone has his/her own insurance for abroad journeys, it’ll be accepted as well. We only request these documents to be prepared in case any of you get injured during the event. A scanned copy of your papers will be with us even if you might forget to bring them to FS East.

TEAM MEMBER DESIGNATION
UPDATE: To ensure all team members are registered correctly we require the Team Member Designation spreadsheet to be submitted on the docupload platform as well based on the template below.

From this season the Team Member Designation spreadsheet will be replaced with registering on our website, all team members have to create an account in order to attend the competition. The registration will be complete when the team captain confirms the participation of the team members assigned to the team after logging in to the team’s account. In case you add new members before the competition, your health insurance certificate documents must be updated as well!
FUEL TYPE INFORMATION
FS East offers two types of fuels for teams: Gasoline, RON 100 & MOL Racing Fuel DRX.

DEEP DIVE TOPIC
All teams receive the same specific Deep Dive Topic which has to be part of the ten minute Business Plan presentation.
STANDARD TERMS DOCUMENT
The Standard Terms Document should be read and signed by all participating team members. A printed version is required to submit during Team Registration at the event site.

Please make sure to read the FS East Camp rules before checking-in to the campsite. By entering the premises of the Village you declare that you accept and follow the rules during your stay.
