Arrival & Moving in
How you should arrive
As you may know the arrival to the event site and the moving in are usually going in quite a hurry, so we created this page to clear all the blurry details 😉 Below you can read what you should do after your arrival even if your are an official or a team member. Please follow the steps below. See you at the event!
Teams
To speed up and help the moving in process we created a simple doodle poll for you. After visiting the link below you can select a time period when you will arrive. We would like to see - and you can also see - what time is the most suitable for your arrival. If you would arrive in a busy time we recommend you not to wait outside the event site, but rather have a meal, get some refreshments, check the city and then come back to your appointment and move in your pit and to the FS East Camp as smooth as possible 😉 Please make sure you only fill one poll with one team. If anything occurs during your journey please contact Nándi (he is the one on the picture!). He is the logistics responsible, he will know what's next!
I check this fancy poll myself
