FS Alumni World Summit
FS East announces to organise the first FS Alumni World Summit with the aim of creating a tradition.
The event takes place at the FS East 2017 competition starting on DAY 0 on 19th July, 2017.

| 9:30 - 11:00 | Business plans of registered alumnis. Please note, the business plan should be a refined version of your original business plan, when you was a team member. 10 minutes / team. The winner will have the right to judge in the business finals! |
| 11:00 - 12:30 | Workshop and open discussion: The past and future of Formula Student. What should be changed in order to support automotive future? |
| 12:30 - 13:30 | Lunch |
| 13:30 - 14:00 | Free time and open discussions |
| 14:00 - 16:00 | Go-Kart championship on the FS East racetrack! Exclusive prizes, gifts and free refillable beer mug for everyone! |
| 16:00 - 17:00 | Memory wall, post your photos from the past. Categories: happy, failure, funny |
| 17:00 - 18:00 | Presentation and talk with our special guest, a business insider who will talk about using Formula Student knowledge in real life and he sees the recent changes of the automotive industry. |
| 18:00 - | Pot cooking (traditional hungarian gulasch!) and open discussion with beer. |
| 20:00 - 24:00 | Alumni party & FSEast PreHeating |
| 14:00 - | Sauna, which is open from after lunch till midnight! |
We are inviting the participants of the Alumni World Summit to join us during the whole FS East event as supporting organizers: judges, scrutineers, track marshalls.
For these days FS East will provide you organizer T-shirts and food tickets. We propose to stay in tents at the venue camping with the FS East organizers, but if there is a need, we can support you in finding other types of accommodation.
