We have some quick, but really important news for the electric teams participating at FS East 2017: this year we’re going to use the old FSG energy meters. You can download the specification from the button below:
See you at the pit lane!
This year the FS East Village moves to the racetrack! We created a separate area inside the Euroring where you’ll be able to eat, sleep and socialize during the four days of the competition.
You can reserve your team’s spot for nights between 19th and 23rd July at the campsite. The booking should include all team members and your guests who’d like to sleep at the Village during the event. We’ve collected all the necessary information related to the sleeping and living conditions at FS East 2017 on our Accommodation page.
If you have further questions or special requests related to the campsite or the booking, contact us at [email protected].
The rules of the Static and Dynamic Events along with the Technical Inspection regulations are published as part of the FS East 2017 Official Rules. The complete rulebook is available on our Rules and Important Documents page as well as the necessary templates for the next document upload deadlines.
Some more details were specified related to the Electrical System Officer delegation in the Documents & Penalties part of the Rules (3.7). Besides the ESO form you have to submit a certificate (preferably a BSc degree) for all appointed ESO which proves that they’re qualified for the position.
A new section was also added to the Registration Rules, explaining the regulations and penalties in case of an event registration after document upload deadlines.
If you have any questions or need to clarify some details, send an e-mail to the contact address designated to the topic or write us to [email protected] and we’ll forward your inquiry to the most competent person right away.
In case you’ve missed the registration for one of the finest FS competitions of the 2017 season, we have 4 open slots for FS East 2017. The starter positions are on the combustion lists for now, however new electric teams are more than welcome to register as well, because we also intend to increase the number of electric slots for the competition.
If you want to register to the event, you only have to create a profile on our Team Registration page, filling out the registration quiz is no longer required from the teams.
For this year’s challenge, check out the current list of participants here. (;
The team registration has opened for you to create your new team profiles. According to the registration rules the team profiles of the previous year have been deleted to avoid any misbehaviour on the site during the registration process – you will have to register your team before the event registration starts next week on 18th of January.
